Call for Abstracts

The Organizing Committee of The 30th Annual Meeting of the Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research & International Symposium on Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases (HUG 2022) welcomes all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the symposium. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific program committee according to the topic categories. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference and presenters are required to register for the meeting separately.

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: February 11, 2022
  • Notification of Acceptance: February 23, 2022

Topic Category

  • Issues on H. pylori
  • Upper GI malignancy: Esophagus/ Stomach/ Duodenum
  • Peptic ulcer disease
  • Other issues on Upper GI tract

Presentation Category

  • Oral Presentation (Free Paper Session)
  • Poster only

** All oral presentation will be presented by English.

Best Oral & Poster Awards

HUG 2022 Committee will select Best Oral and Poster Awards among the submitted abstracts and presentations at this symposium.

AWARDS

Awardees will be announced on the HUG 2022 website after the symposium.

  • Best Abstract Awards (Oral): USD 200
  • Best Oral Presentation Awards: USD 200
  • Distinguished Poster Awards: USD 100

Eligibility

  • Awardees’ online symposium attendance MUST BE CONFIRMED to receive the award.
  • The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted for Oral or Poster.
  • The applicant must complete payment of registration fee and submit the abstracts at HUG 2022.
